We are a diverse group unified by a passion for positively influencing
the respect, understanding, pride and future of regional Australia.

CEO & Creative Director GregAlderCo and ReBoot Institute

From a base in northern New South Wales, Greg helps clients around the world build powerful brands, develop innovation cultures, engage their audiences and use creativity to solve unsolved business problems and realise unseen opportunities. Clients have included Singapore Tourism Authority, Times Group of India, Procter & Gamble Latin America and Regional Development Australia.

Through regular workshop tours and consultation, Greg has helped councils, hundreds of regional organisations and even an entire town to develop their brands and realise their potential.

Greg is an ex rugby player – but not a good one. He studied architecture – which he still loves. He studied psychology. He is a lapsed advertising creative director. Greg has been called an innovation guru, a branding expert and an enlightening speaker. He has also been called some other names he’d rather not mention.

As far as I’m concerned, there isn’t a business that creative thinking can’t improve.

CEO Increased Returns & Plugg

John has co-founded five start-ups, with three successful exits. His journey of bringing new business into being has had him encounter pot holes and road blocks which have lead him to understand himself and his motivations more deeply and this he counts as one of his finest achievements. As a co-founder and for others he has attracted start-up funds in industries as diverse as IT and Marine Biotechnology, built key team members, led business growth and exported products and services to several destinations in USA, UK and Asia.

It is my proposition that enterprises have the power to bring the future forward; to solve our energy, water, agricultural, fishery problems, and, in doing so have a greater opportunity for profit than at any time since the days of the industrial revolution.

COO & Entrepreneurial Catalyst PLUGG & CEO

Conceived in a market garden (now an outer suburb of Melbourne) Monica’s formative years were on a small dairy farm (now an inner suburb of Melbourne).

Today, her work seeks to find ways to create a thriving society through innovation, empowerment and leadership.

As a futurist Monica provides insights and road maps for future innovation and exploration.

Monica creates value by aligning the WHY with ideas (the what), who, when and how. She joins the dots to work with others to make things happen.

Many years after her father delivered vegetables at Melbourne’s Queen Victoria Market, Monica co created the Queen Victoria Gaslight Market Australia’s first and now largest outdoor multi cultural “hawker market”.

Her work as consultant and head of two NGO’s has seen her work across the food, construction, sustainability, environment, logistics, resources and hospitality sectors.

Creating insights from foresight is a powerful mechanism to actively work towards our preferred future.
